Nealda Sahib (Dr.)

Dr. Nealda Yusof is the visionary behind AL. A biomedical scientist by training, Nealda brings 24 years of multi-industry experience in product design, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. She has held leadership roles in both the healthcare and e-commerce sectors.

Her journey into the art world began through her work at Gift Elements LLP, where she transformed her love for visual storytelling into a purpose-driven business. With a sharp eye for design and a background in project management, Nealda merges creativity with precision, applying scientific rigour to aesthetic decisions.

She is a qualified interior decorator, graphic designer, and art consultant, with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Today, Nealda leads AL with a mission to make art approachable, joyful, and a natural part of how we live.
